OPEN POSITIONS :

  • We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor / Writer to join our automotive service team.

    As a customer-focused operation, we rely on strong communication and efficient coordination between our office staff, technicians and clients. Our Service Advisors play a critical role in this process—acting as the primary point of contact, helping customers understand their service needs, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

    We are committed to delivering dependable, high-quality service and building long-term relationships with the businesses we support.

    In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for maintenance and repairs. Your enthusiasm and mechanical knowledge will help you accurately assess vehicle needs, communicate effectively with customers, and ensure a smooth flow of service operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical understanding with exceptional customer service, contributing to a positive experience that keeps clients coming back.

    Skills

    • Dealership experience or automotive service administrative background

    • Mechanical knowledge preferred but not required

    • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues in an understandable manner

    • Ability to sell services tactfully while prioritizing customer needs

    • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures preferred but not required

    • Experience with cash handling and sales processes within an automotive environment

    • Familiarity with automotive repair specialties such as diesel engines or advanced diagnostics is a plus

    Responsibilities

    • Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs

    • Write detailed service estimates using auto estimating software, clearly explaining recommended repairs and maintenance procedures

    • Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, tire services, transmission repairs, diesel engine diagnostics, shocks & struts replacement, air brake systems, etc

    • Upsell additional services or products that benefit the customer’s vehicle performance and safety while maintaining transparency

    • Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently

    • Maintain detailed records of all service activities, customer interactions, and vehicle histories

    • Foster strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

  • Skills

    • Proven experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues

    • Own a suitable full set of tools for the position

    • Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record

    • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

    • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 100 lbs

    • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

    Responsibilities

    • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on light- to medium-duty vehicles and construction equipment in the field

    • Complete detailed service reports for each job and vehicle

    • Ensure customer satisfaction before leaving each job site

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including service vehicles and shop areas
